I removed all of the connections and I can't get the outboard wing panel to move even a fraction of an inch.
Any ideas?

I've seen several that had corrosion in the socket joint. Penetrating oil (Mouse Milk?), applied through the gap between the wing panels, and patience is all I can offer.
I did some work at a shop that claimed to be Grumman experts, and they had this rig with a SLIDE HAMMER that they claimed was the way to remove stuck wing panels. Scared the (at)#$%^&* out of me. They were very proud of it.

If the penitrent (mouse milk) isn't working then maybe some heat lamps on
the out tube and some dry ice on the inside tube with at least two people
working the panel
to break it loose,it has been my experience once it moves lots of lube and
time will get it off. Hal B

Heat seems to help the penetrating fluid (Kroil is excellent) to wick in
to the joint. You might also try placing a 2x6 across the end of the
spar and try "bumping" it inward just a bit to loosen the bond. Would
only take 1/32" and then maybe you could rotate it.

We did an AG5B a few years back and with a little wiggle and twist/pull it came right off.

Anything with the word "hammer" in, it regarding working on planes, scares me.

2 of us tried to 'wiggle-twist' it. It won't move AT ALL.

OK, here is what I did.
• Soaked the joint as much as possible with penetrating oil.
• Chocked the tires
• Got a block of wood and placed it on my rolling bench/table. Covered said block with a folded towel.
• Positioned the bench/table such that the blocks/towel were on the leading edge, just on the edge of the outboard panel (OP) near the gap. Chocked said bench/table
• Located a block of wood on the bottom of the trailing edge of the outer edge of the middle panel so that the wing could not go down.
• Pressed on the trailing edge of the OP. Nothing.
• Got a helper. Nothing.
• Got another helper. Nothing.
• Got large screw drivers to cross pry the trailing edges against each other. (does that make sense?)
• Had helpers push and pull while I pried. Got the panel to move about 1/8 inch.
• Reversed all the blocks and pry bars and started over.
• Repeated the process about 1000 times until the OP was able to rotate with just 4 people pushing and pulling.
• Hooked up a come-along to the tie down and added just enough load to tighten the cable.
• 4 hours later, I've got the OP about 1/4 inch out. I'm exhausted.
What I wrote doesn't tell the whole story, but you get the gist.

When you get it out you may find so much corrosion that the spar won't
be airworthy. Post some pictures of the joint.
