I am building an RV 9, and wiring per Van's wiring diagram.  The diagram does not show diodes on the starter or master relay, but the accessories catalog lists "protection" Diodes to be installed to protect the master and starter switches for surge protection.  Sounds like this is a good thing to install.  Any thoughts?
