It sounds like what you want is one DPDT on-on-on switch for the master.

Note that you may get a "blink" while switching between the up and middle
position, so sensitive electronics _might_ reset, but this should not be a
factor in normal operation as you will usually go directly from all off to
all on, only using the middle position if you want to take the alternator
off line for some reason or are doing ground testing with the engine off.
I'm not an expert on the P-mags, so I'll leave that confirmation to somebody
else.
