I am rebuilding a Mark 3 classic. It has the single brake pedal for both wheels. The tail wheel swivels easily with the tail in the air. I think it is the OEM tailwheel. Do you think I will have any trouble turning around on a 50 foot wide grass runway?
Thanks
Bob

I can't speak for the MK3 but my Slingshot would have a hard time making that tight a turn (probably impossible) without individual wheel brakes to enable break-away of full swivel tailwheel.

on my mkiii it was a tight fit on the 35 ft taxi way. with differential brakes it was easier. one of the best things I did was the full pivoting tail wheel. with your set up, how hard would it be to add the second break pedal?
