-8A with 180 HP IO-360 and CS prop. Forward CG. No flaps on takeoff but full backstick. Decided I’d rather monitor other things besides flap retraction right after takeoff. No problem.

Normally full flaps on landing, 70 KIAS on final, full backstick after landing.
