5mm wide and 67mm long, same thickness

Best Regards

I've made similar tools from a pocket screwdriver
using a grinder. Adjust dimensions to your specifics.

Street sweeper bristles are also good tool blanks. They are made from a soft steel that is easy to grind, and in most municipalities they are available for free.

Here's a really simple, cheap and amazingly effective, homemade Molex KK pin extractor:

Enjoy.

Now all you have to do is find a way to make them stay in the shell when you insert the radio....

Now all you have to do is find a way to make them stay in
the shell when you insert the radio....

If the pins are not staying in the shell when reinserted, it
may be due to the fact that the locking tab is not engaging the shell. When
you use the tool to remove the pin, you are deforming the locking tab into
the pin and it won't grab the shell. After pin removal it is essential to
pry the tab out, gently, only enough so it will lock in place when reused.
