Thought you all would get a grin on the last three sentences from the comment section of the oil analysis report I got back last week (and not to get puffed up but to be thankful for the blessings we have).

"Not much change to report compared to last time and that's a good thing.  If it isn't broke, don't fix it.  This IO-540 is making a lot less wear after 40 hours than we see from most engines of this type after only 35 hours, which is what our averages are based on.. That's probably a mixture of frequent/careful flying and excellent cooling.  For some reason, most engines look better in a 

RV frame.  Of course most pilots do too.  Go out and have fun."
