The winds have finally subsided for a while, and I had a chance to try a Drift Video camera. I mounted mine in the best spot that I could find and stuck the drift on the nose of the Firestar so that I could get a side by side comparison. The drift was far superior. So much so that I immediately ordered one. Here is a link to my blog-

Larry,
What an incredible and inspiring video! Love the background music…
Can you share more info on your camera and installation? My Kolb M3C has a camera mount/wiring built into the STBD wing (that’s the ‘RIGHT’ wing for you Air Force bubbas...). After watching your video ˝ dozen times already, I want one!

I bought the camera at B&H Foto on line. Best price that I could find. I think Amazon wanted at least $100.00 bucks more. What I like about it is that it has a rechargeable battery, remote turn on, and I don't have that annoying harmonic wave in it. I was also able to stick it on the nose of the plane with a mount that consists of a bent piece of alum flat stock. I am as busy as a one armed paper hanger right at the moment, but if you need it I will take a picture for you.

If you find the time, a photo of your installation would be nice.

Here you are. The flock is beginning to disperse, so things are winding down a bit.
