I understand that the YAK 50 manual recommends an elevator deflection of 22 degrees 30 minutes up and down. I have just found out that SN 01 is set for 14 degrees up and 25 degrees down elevator. This is what I am used to flying now. I am certainly not having any trouble pulling positive G and there is lots of elevator for landing 3 point. Does anyone out there have variations on the elevator deflection, or experience on different deflections? Before I change anything I thought I would check.
