Hi all,
After having my heads reworked by RAM, I tried to tighten the nuts to proper torq and the stud backed out (on #3 on the right side). I drilled it out and put a helicoil in its place but ran into the same problem. I was getting pretty nervous about this time for fear that I screwed the pooch. Time-sert to the rescue! Because it was already oversized, I moved up to the Big-sert and with baited breath attached the head with proper torqs. No problem! Will keep you informed as to the long term success of the repair. Can't recommend Time-sert and it's big cousin Big-sert too highly!

I did the same thing and never had any problems. Some use these as a better alternate to cast threads.
You’ll not have any problems either.
