Thanks to all for your various comments on this.
We've swapped in ignition modules from another engine and it now runs. We need now to work out why the original modules failed Sad

If they have actually failed then they are gone and not fixable. Toss them and move on with the new modules. I would be absolutely shocked if both failed they are pretty reliable. I have seen one fail, but not both at once.
