The Cessna 150's and 172's do the same thing.
There's too much fuel in the tank. Heat of the day will also
expand the fuel volume, if re-fueled in the evening,
or early morning.
Try a little less fuel ...a gallon or two is all.
I doubt valves, unless you put them in a vent line...(DON'T!) will help.

The main grip is really not uneven feeding during flight, it is the sloshing of fuel on the ground.
If I fuel up for a long flight and taxi on un-even ground there is the very real possibility ( IE it HAS happened to me) for fuel to come out of the vents on the ground.
