Left\Right Fuel Systems?

After ~150 hours of flying I am changing my fuel system from the factory plans. The problem\hassel of fuel sloshing and un-even feeding in flight has been too much.
What I am proposing \ doing is to have to quick drains on "T" pipes where the factory gascolator is. From there each line would move forward into the cabin and have it's own fuel filter.

The fuel filters will then feed into a Left\Right\Both selector. From the selector the fuel would go to a "real" gascolator and then finally into the engine.

Has anyone flown with this sort of setup? Any problems?
This is more complex than the "default", but after a year and a half I think it is worth it....

Thanks,John Marzulli

I don't run L. and R. fuel at the same time. My L and R lines run separately to a 3-way switch (from Zenith--shown with the aux tank diagrams). Right/ Left/ Off. No Both. I usually run one hour on one tank then switch to the other, leaving a reserve in each tank. A single line runs through the firewall to a filter/ gascolator (from ACS). This gives piece of mind. One tank may be empty, not both.
