Etienne,
Thanks for posting. Was a good read. A lot of insight. Bottom line, as the old adage goes, always try to fly in middle of the boundaries of the atmosphere. Flying to close to the edges begs to flirt with disaster. Always give yourself enough altitude for at least two "Oh Shits".
