Are there any Kolb drivers that live and/or fly out of the Winchester, Virginia area?



I'm wondering what hangar rents are like, and if there are smaller (smaller than KOKV), turf, UL/LSA friendly airfields in the area (or closer to DC, but still outside the ring) with space.
