Nice, glad to hear that. Sometimes the solutions are closer than we think. I was reading your previous post looking at the attached drawing and was going to suggest that you should check the distance between the longerons at its widest spot to be around 44", that is the distance that ZAC advertise as the fuselage width. It is possible they where a bit wider causing an angle that will not align to the fitting.

The problem has been solved: all I needed to do was to flex the longerons a little bit and clamp them in position.
See attached picture...
