Subj: Test pilot - - - again.

The weather finally broke to VFR and I JUST got into    LAL as it went VFR.  I spent the day with Craig Payne putting on his new    design magneto distributor cap.     Simpler design that eliminates some inherent design flaws.  Took up most of the day but worked out    real well so far.  Just got to put    some time on it.  Got home as the    sun was setting and vis was starting to drop.  Tomorrow a number of us will fly a    memorial flight at CWO Mike Duskin burial services in Jacksonville.  Wx doesn’t look to promising right now    but we’ll see.  This is something I love doing but don't want to have to    it.  You know what I mean?  It makes me sad and proud.  Crazy.
