look at my spreadsheet for my last flight and give me some insight as to what I need to do as far as jetting or changing the needle valve on my 3300L.

From what i can read the numbers for power power look almost OK.  The front two cylinders are high EGT dropping towards the back.  Once I reduce power then they climb with the back being high.
