Bottom wing skin J-stiffeners

Quick, simple question.  The instructions  state that the outboard bottom wing skin overlaps the inboard bottom skin but  doesn't mention how the stiffeners overlap.  Do I assume it's the same as  the skins (which is what I've done up to this point) or does it really  matter???
