Europaphiles,
What's with E'04?  Over the last couple months I have placed several orders for various parts/components and have asked some technical questions.  I have not even received a simple reply or even acknowledgment.  What's with them?  I trust they aren't in trouble again?  If anyone happens to be in the shop would you please give them a swift kick in the a** for me.

Thanks,

Bob Borger

I have not found any problems with Europa 2004, in fact quite the contrary.  I have had a few problems recently which needed various spare parts to resolve and have found that the service received has alaways been very prompt and puntual.

I always deal by telephone, which is answered courtously and am about to do so again today.

The last very small parts that I ordered were delived with compliments and no charge!

Patrick

How did you place your orders and ask your questions?   I believe E'04 has not been to good at picking up the e-mails.  As Patrick has said they are very responsive via telephone.

Hi All,

Absolutely no problem with the Company, was with them last week and things are going quite well - they would like to sell some more kits tho.

Bob,

I had problems getting my calls to go through, over the past few days.
Not a Euproa thing, but apparantly communications problems between our
respective countries. I sent John Wheeler an email, asking him to call,
when he could. Two days later I got the call, made my order and chatted
with John for a few minutes. It appears that they have been very busy,
of late, what with Andy leaving and getting the new engineer up and
going. I have had problems reaching them, in the past, via email, but
faxes seem to get a prompt response. Try a different mode of
communication...
