John, If you mailed them a check via the USPS and they took your money, that's mail fraud. Talk to your local post master and the FBI. They take it very seriously.

Every time my neighbor's Remos silently taxis by my hangar I feel the urge for a muffler for my Titan Tornado's 912. It is a pusher configuration and the muffler should be a top mount. No luck finding one yet - does anyone know a source or have any experience?
I tried buying one from Aircraft Exhaust in Dayton MN. They cashed my $1637.50 check in October and missed delivery date after delivery date with various excuses. Then the promised refund never showed up. I don't even know how many times Rick Lopez has failed to "call me tomorrow". Anyone looking for a muffler should steer clear of these thieves.

Only partly correct - You must have PROOF that it was Mailed and Received.
