I failed to be more explicit and to include the picture. This is the  "pipe" which brings cooling ram air through the shutters (gills) on the starboard side of the engine and blows it on to the    cooling fins of the air compressor. 



The Yak 18T cooling horn essentially surrounds the compressor, making cooling and compressor intake air cooler and therefore more efficient. More photographs of the installation to follow.
