Hello all fox flyers, A bit of info on my warp drive 70" Tapered blade prop, I felt that I was recording the correct info on performance for the prop, I recorded TO and climb with the GSC at 900 FPM (at) 60 MPH IAS and and 85 MPH IAS cruise with the temp temp at 31* 5000 rpm, not bad considering I fly from an elevation of 4900' and probably developing around 75% power.
My warp drive info is skewed because I forgot to mark the flaperons setting from the GSC flight. So what I am getting from the warp drive is 1100 FPM and 95 cruise (at) 34* and 5000 RPM which is a bit better from GSC but I cannot confirm the data. only a SWAG,
But the warp drive is a bit smoother and is easier to adjust. I set the fixed pitch at 19* with the Aircraft sitting on its tail. On start up the gearbox does not rattle as much and it really sings at 5800 RPM. I am satisfied with the performance. A good product, very well made, easy install and adjustment just a little time consuming, but I was able to do a turn around in about an hour. Blue Skies. Bob
