Found this on the internet Bob:
Posted: Wed Jan 11, 2012 3:34 pm Post subject: Radiator Cap for Rotax 912 After a little research, found that the 912 uses a pressure of 1.2 bar for the radiator cap. 1.2 bars is equivalent to 17.4 pound per square inches.
18 psi caps by Stant are available from amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/Stant-10234-Radiator-Cap-PSI/dp/B000B8JUG6
17 psi caps are also available from amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/Stant-10251-Radiator-Cap-PSI/dp/B000C8226K
I’d try one of these rater than shelling out $80. May be that your local auto parts store can get one for you without the shipping charge.

Hello fox flyers. Quite awhile back there was a mini discussion on the
STANT pressure cap for the fluid tank on the 912 engine. did anybody
archive that Part number? If you have the number it would be
appreciated, this thing is driving me nuts, of course I am AB normal
anyway. Our computer crashed and I lost all Data that I have been
gathering.
Even in this very cold weather up here I seem to be losing pressure/
and some coolant. Thanks very much.
