Hello Commander colleagues,
I am in need of a tach gage for my 680F. The part number of the defective gage is AN5530-2-12. The Parts Manual calls out a part number of 3850083. Please contact me for photos of the gage that has come out of the plane. Hope you can help me out. Thanks.

Randy,
Are you absolutely sure that it is the gage and not the sender? I have had sender problems in the past, but understand that the gages themselves seldom have problems. Is the problem on both dial hands or only one?

Hi Moe,
My mechanics tell me that it is definitely the gage. They checked the tach generators on both engines and they operate correctly. The needle for the left engine is sluggish at best and completely inoperative at worst. The right engine needle is OK.

Hi Randy,
Didn't mean to bug, just acting upon prior experience. Sorry to say, I don't have any gages.
