Hello

Im interested to find out what other fellow builders have done to finish of there instrument panels? Have you left it the grey gelcoat or have you painted it with something or coated it in something else? Im looking for ideas and suggestions to finish mine off, any comments on what you used etc would be appreciated.

I look forward to hearing your comments.

Kind regards
Donald

Donald, I would suggest spraying it in a dark coloured
Matt paint to avoid reflections on the canopy.

Agreed, and the dark matt colour only needs to be on the top of the panel
moulding (including the 'rolled' edge around the periphery); the face can be
any colour without fear of internal reflections.

We do custom CNC panel cutting, powdercoating and silkscreen labeling that turns out really nice.

More information is available at www.aircraftspecialty.com
