After many hours and several feet of scrap, I am finished bending fuel lines and moving on to brake lines. Wondering if flex hoses would be a viable option to the hard lines inside the fuselage. I know some of the pros for hard lines, but I can get the hoses made up locally, so it is something to consider. Any builders out there who have gone the flex hose route?

Hi Stan,
Here's how I did mine in the RV-8. Worked great. Took me three tries to get a scheme I was happy with.

Whoops, I didn't mean for that picture of the Grove Mini Brake Fluid Reservoir to get into that set of pictures. The GMBF seemed like a good idea, but in reality, it stuck out too far and required that I pull the rudder peddles back one notch to clear the firewall when full rudder was applied. I didn't like losing any leg room so I scrapped the GMBF's and did the braid hoses as shown.
After I sent those pictures, I also realized that I had a slightly modified 4th revision. Attached are pictures of that version.

I used stainless steel braided lines from Summit Racing. Super easy to fabricate yourself to your exact dimensions.
