I'd also recommend Baker's - they're who we use (for A&P and IA's both).
INot affilliated (I've never even been there), etc. etc., just gotten
reports from the half-dozen folks we've sent there over the last five years.

While I used Baker's study materials, self-study takes a lot of persistance, considering how dry a lot of the IA material is. It did help me complete the test prep and test a day or two faster, with more confidence than if I had gone in cold. I went to AeroTech in Riverside CA. Nice folks.
I can't believe the post above is the last one on this list. No one has anything to discuss? or everone left?

I went there for my A&P- I thought it was a well run place and they did a great job of prepping me for the oral/practical test. As a matter of fact, the FAA did a suprise spot inspection of the designated examiner the day I took the test and I still managed to pass! Overall a very positive expeariance.
