I already purchased the Andair FS20X7-T (looks very well engineered).... and I am leaning toward using the Andair PX500-TC Pump and FX500-MK filter.  Would like to better understand why the fuel filter on most -10s are in the tunnel.  What drawbacks would there be for an "out of the cockpit" solution for the filter. Appreciate any/all thoughts.
