Oil pressure not regulating (high)

Any ideas?

At idle, it returns to normal pressure, but at any other power setting it pegs the gauge.

Here's a quick video link demonstrating what the gauge looks like.

(Note: the high oil temp is unrelated, I ran the engine a bit too hot with the oil shudders closed on my wilga)

  



Any suggestions for troubleshooting this would be helpful.

Looks like a bad electrical connection. Oil pressures cannot change that fast!
