I replaced mine about a year ago with these - - -

I was unsure which hardness to go for, but I compared the tech data for these with the equivalent Barry mounts. I think I was leaning towards the Medium, but AS didn't have them in stock right at the time I needed them. Chose the Hard instead because there didn't seem to be much difference in the characteristics from the medium Barry mount. I needed to radius the mounting hole edges a little to get them to fit snugly, so I suspect that the originals might have been Barry. These ones certainly feel firmer once installed, and if I did it again I would probably go for the Medium hardness.
