I haven't seen him lately at the KLVK airport. You should definitely keep trying to contact him, as he may be on holiday. He's a good guy and I'm sure he will do right by you and help to diagnose the problem.

Jeff, I think that your email application or ISP's spam filter is blocking email from the matronics . com domain. I responded to your email about your Fuelscan DX on 9/10 but apparently you didn't receive it. I resent it from matronics . com a minute ago and also from a non-matronics . com account to see if you would get it. You should put a never-block in for the matronics . com domain.
