Riveting Cabin cover attachment-guess I haven't noticed

Cowl hinge rivets are squeezed ... for the tailcone attach, they need to
be shot/bucked. Much bigger chance for cracking the fiberglass due to
slippage and overpressure.

Agree. Using a bucking bar/rivet gun, we get better rivet expansion and strength. Rivet expansion is the thing you don't want with fiberglass or plexiglass.
