The purchaser is the Russian Ministry of Transport,and they will be used for training pilots for airlines.

Surely they realize the civilian general aviation market will not support prices like that, particularly when similar GA aircraft with Continental and Lycoming engines have 2000 hour TBO's.

Having worked with both the Russians and Romanians closely, many of them still think the streets of the US are paved in gold and we will pay silly prices regardless.
