Looks like one of Mc Beans partners is selling the Kitfox Lite.

I assume that this model was not a good seller. 



Since Kitfox aircraft is not building other than  the super sport will the Other models be next to go ?

Also there is a IV there for 9000$  now    1200 model..........  needs covering and fwf   not bad

What are you talking about ?  Kitfox aircraft is building the Super Sport, they seem to be selling a lot of them, just try to order a kit and see how long the production backlog is.

What am I talking about ?   well read the ad   --Kitfox Lite kits and rights for sale.  I guess it no longer offered or supported.  The seller is one of the guys who funded Mc Bean ?   Correct me if I am mistaken.

John, Can you explain why this part of the Kitfox line is for sale ? Kitfox Lite? 



Also - will you or your partners be selling any of the other Kitfox model lines in the future? 

Also will you be making parts available for models 1 to 6 Kitfoxes? Kitfox Lite I assume the answer is no. 



Will you be offering a Super sport or another model that is a tail dragger and with STOL performance like the Kitfox IV has  given for the past man yearS?

Dave, the Kitfox Lite was marketed as an ultralight vehicle, part 103 compliant.  It never really caught on in that role.  The current kitfox line seems to be alive and well.

The Kitfox 7 Super Sport has been for sale for the past couple of years... It is a tail dragger or tricycle gear, whichever you choose with great STOL performance.   I talked to a guy that visited the factory in Idaho recently and he said everything was great.   He was so positively impressed with the John, the factory, and the plane that he bought a Kitfox Super Sport kit and is now building it

Kitfoxaircraft  partner  also selling a Model 5  Amphib .  With a jab 3300   -- interesting -- I wonder how the performance would be >?   for 83,000  it should be stellar . Does anyone know?   This is good for all Kitfox owners if this plane can sell for a price like this.   Kitfoxes are the cheapest decent airplane on the market.

Mike , I cannot say that a Super sport is a STOL aircraft as I have never flown one or see and video on one.  If it is a STOL aircraft then Mc BEan should be shooting some video to help sell his airplane like this guy did      http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=ct2fNFc8AxY



I will tell you that my videos Have in fact sold many pilots on the Kitfox and in fact have helped sell many used Kitfoxes.   Too bad the Model IV is not sold new anymore as I think it would be a stellar seller as we already know if built and flown right  it is a stellar performer and would be close to a STOL aircraft.

New ad reads the same but WITHOUT the KITFOX name attached....... gee I wonder why ?  Still my concern is that one ofhte Kitofx aircraft partners is selling out part of the Kitfox name and business plus he is selling his own Kitfox and his Baron.   John Mc Bean -- Did you ever answer why one of your partners was selling out ?  I am totally supportive of you but this raise some concern for me. ?  Or should it ?
