My door close tight but air is still coming in from all sides.
The original door handles were non locking. After boring out the existing bushings the new locking handles went in. However that were wider than the old one creating a gap between the door and the fuse. Thought about cutting them down but decided to put thicker weather stripping on the doors which has helped out. It's 3/8"x 1 1/4" rubberized weather strip from Lowes.
Went on really nice with aid of a heat gun. So now the cockpit is sealed in the front but the back of the door vibrates and lets air in the back seat (where the girls ride).
Looks like I need another door clamp in the back since the doors are so huge.

What have you guys done to keep the doors firmly shut? Asking them not to wear those high skirts would hurt my feelings. Smile

is it a 701 or 801 ??? On my 801 I did some custom/ creative mounting on my doors because I thought the basic design was asking for leaks and poor fitting..
do not archive
