All,

My Terra 250D (installed before I got the airplane) just did what most of these species do - it died. Any recommendations on a reasonably priced / sized replacement?

If you're looking for a small panel mount, there really isn't any reasonably priced/sized transponders. The small Becker/round (fits a 57mm or 2 1/4" hole) is around $1850 US and a very good unit. The Microair is similar and also about the same price. The alternative is to find a standard size, yellow tagged unit that you can mount vertically on the left side console. You may even find a good used one on eBay.

I just fabricated a new radio stack mount for under the center of the
panel yesterday... I probably wont get installed for a bit because I
need to pull the nose gear actuator, but once I get it on I will take
some photos...

Anyone know where I can get the bushings for the top of the nose gear actuator?
