Check out this item; particularly the combo head. This is a better alternative for some applications as the combo head provides two ways to extract the screw. I know that I have had to cut a slot ( with cutting wheel and die grinder) in a wallowed Phillips head to extract a screw. The other option is drilling and using an "easy out".

They are great. However I got different ones then you got.
I used the #8's for the wing root and several other places. Get at least 2 of the 100 count packages.
I used the #6's for the wing tips, emp fairing and other places. Get at least 3 of the 100 count packages.
They also have the nylon washers.
Get the short torx bits and a flex shaft (got mine at ACE hardware) and you can get in close to the fuselage with out scratching the paint when you are installing the wing root fairings.
CAUTION:  make sure you get what you want. I got the '100 deg flat head 6 lobe drive machine screws'. #6s are FCMXS0608 and the #8s are FCMXS0808

Looks to me like you got the same ones Lenny got. I used these in many places on my airplane. However, I was told they should not be used in any structural application. (i.e. attaching fuel tanks)

The AN515's strip really easy and I have been using NAS1801 replacements
for all of the AN515's.

The NAS1801 hex head screws are structural and can be installed/removed
with a Phillips Head, 1/4" Socket, or 1/4" wrench.
NAS1801 Screws Tensile Strength: 160,000 - 185,000 PSI
AN515 Screws Tensile Strength: 60,000 PSI
They're also cheap to buy.
The only drawback I see with them is that the head of the screw is
slightly smaller. But in my estimate, the engineers say the screw head
size is appropriate to support nearly 2X the tensile strength.
Anyone else using these?

I am using the NAS type with external hex heads and internal Phillips heads
for structural applications
