Hi Bruce,
Yes, two ways. One is to use the Matronics Email List Photoshare found here:
http://www.matronics.com/photoshare
The other is to post your message from the new Matronics Email List BBS Forum, and attach photos with your message. When viewed on the Forum, your message will have the photos inline with the message, and when viewed on the standard email distribution, URL links are found in the message that can be clicked upon and the photos popped up automatically. The URL for the forum site is:
