Stall warning access hatch question

Page 19-2. Match drilling all the holes from the access hatch doubler to the leading edge skin. There's no callout for drilling the screw holes (the plans have us match drill all the nutplate attach holes but there is no mention of the screw holes). A couple steps later we are asked to dimple the screw holes for #6 screws. I would assume we are to go ahead and drill them and dimple for a #6 screw. If so, what size do we drill the holes?

Am I missing something?

#6 screws are #28 drill bit. #8 screws are #19 drill bit.

Bill, I think you will find that when you run a #27 or 28 drill through the doublers that they are already punched to final size. So you can just deburr and dimple.
