My 2006 N number Kolb Firestar II needs to have these cable grommets replaced. Can an owner do this legally...or will I need my A&P to replace with new ones?

    The cables all seem fine, only all the rubber grommets need replacing, so If owners can do this, any maintenance advice would be appreciated.
