It is not often that you see a Slingshot for sale and some on this list have expressed interest in them, so I thought I'd let you know that one just appeared on Barnstormers. Since it has the same basic engine as mine, I can tell you that this guy's performance numbers are not realistic, at least in terms of TAS.
KOLB SLINGSHOT • $22,500 • WAY BELOW MARKET • First time offered for sale. Kolb Slingshot SN: SS009. 0.9 hrs total time. Airworthiness certificate, flight test data and weight and balance sheet. Full VFR panel with Microaire radio, BRS VLS chute. Strobes and rotating beacon. ESI engine monitor. Optional wheel pants included. Jabiru 2200 engine, Sensenich fiberglass covered wood prop. Factory built airframe. Covering and paint by Polyfiber professionals, Jim and Dondi Miller. Near SuperCub STOL performance. Excellent cross country performance. Hi, first post here. I am the friend of the builder of a Slingshot in always
hangared, new condition that I wish to sell to assist the family of the
builder.
Located in Virginia. Has airworthiness certificate. Cover by Jim Miller,
Polyfiber dealer. Jabiru 2200 engine, Sensenich prop, BRS rocket fired
chute, ECI electronic engine gauge. This aircraft is in excellent condition.
