I am doing some re-wiring of my pulsar xp with a rotax 912.
Are you using only a master switch or a combination of a master switch and a solenoid?
Is a solenoid necessary to handke the load of the accessories or is there a switch that can handle the load?
The aerodesign schematic in the Engine Installation Manual shows only a master switch.
Thanks
Bill Clement

All depends on what the load is. On my airplane with the solidstate equipment, the total current draw is very low. Somewhere around 6 amps with everything on and operating, including the ignition. I am using a 20A rocker(lit) with associate ckt bkr. I have used this setup before and have had no problems. Cheers

Master Switch only in N912RV.
Get a 20 amp rocker or toggle switch.
