|
Good morning guys
I have a RANS Coyote with a 912 (80HP) that I’ve not been able to use for almost 2 years.
What should I do to the engine before putting it again to work?

Did you have a chance to "pickle" or preserve the engine with fogging oil and
all the rest of the protocol before putting the engine to sleep?
If not, there is likely to be a fair bit of corrosion, degraded rubber hoses,
and gasoline residue to clean out. The carbs in particular will likely need
rebuilding.
Get the manuals on line maint. from Rotax for free off the web.
