Hi Bill,
I don't have a jig for you, but I built one for my RV-4. The fact is that they are not hard to build. I bought some "engineered lumber" and built the thing in a day. The lumber is quite stable and strong. The jig remained true through the fuselage construction. After building the fuselage I used the wood for work benches. Good luck!
