That's strange.  I guess I'm OK since I've been ordering from them for years.

If there's something they have that you can find elsewhere let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you.

I got a message like this from them a few years ago (after being a customer for many years).  When I tried again a short time later, everything worked normally, so it may just be a case of temporary confusion in their software.
