Dave,
If you use a group container, and sling the wings on wide padded
straps at the top,
you could get a good price because the top is normally a void. I've done it
before.

If you can't get composite spars would it be possible to construct spruce spars as per the earlier Pulsars? I guess in this case the MTOW would be limited to that of the earlier Pulsars.
Perhaps someone knows and can advise if wooden spars would be compatible with the other bits you have for your wings?
Jst ideas

Sir,
How are the ribs different on composite spars versus the Wooden Spars??

For what it's worth, I have composite spars and blue ribs supplied by Aero-Designs. My kit calls for the 582 rotax.
Thanks,
Clyde

Greetings,
I would like to add that it would be, in my humble opinion, that if the Pulsar came back into production as it did in it's original state with only the Pulsar I and the Pulsar XP, the market is primed for this type of aircraft.
I feel that if the technologies mentioned above were in place in the late 80's and early 90's, that Pulsar would have sold the dickens out of them.
Just my humble opinion,
Clyde
