Fellow Kolb enthusiasts:

I have updated the website with the additions and corrections. I also prettied it up some with a few Kolb photos. Here is the URL again for your convenience:

http://www.kfackler.com/kolb/first_plane.html

I've received several comments about how interesting it is to see the very broad range of entry points we represent into aviation. I couldn't agree more.

Ken,
Great looking site - thanks for creating it.  Just for update purposes, I solo'd a Quicksilver in Dec. 2000.

Brother and Sister Aviators,

At the suggestion of Hans van Alphen, I've updated the website so that the
columns can be sorted by the user. Click a column heading to sort by that
item, and click the same one again to reverse the sort.

Please be aware that to make this work properly I had to change the name
field to show the last name first.

My mates and I were no go due to wx this morning. We had IMC here until 0900
and by then the wind at altitude was blasting at 23kts, almost direct
headwind for our route of flight. Oh, well! Saved some pennies on gas, I
guess.

As an added note, we now have 700 members on the Kolb BBS. That's a

Most Kolb pilots eat food but are not food producers.
Just offering another irrelevant Kolb fact.

Do you count food produced for self-consumption?
Just finished a big glob of collards (a yankee yet!) steamed
and drenched with olive oil, white vinegar, Louisiana sauce,
and bacon bits. some of us here like greens too.
-Went good with roast beef panini.

Sincere? apologies for straying from approved subject matter.
