Hello Matronics members, 

Haven't found the ramp weight for the Pulsar 582 engine yet.  Obviously, some of that would depend on which of the several gearbox extensions were used. The combined weight of the engine and the particular gearbox used varies considerably. Rotax says the dry weight is approximately 110 lbs.   Does anyone have any additional information concerning the wet weight on the ramp Pulsar 582?  Surprisingly, Zenith Aircraft has stated in their alternate engine literature the ramp weight of the Rotax 582 and the Rotax 912 are the same.  Can anyone attest to that?
