Posted: Thu May 02, 2019 6:06 pm Post subject: HEATER VENTILATOR CONTROL CABLE/ROD

I am not getting full control of my heater/ventilator!  I only get about 1 inch movement even when I disconnect both ends of the cable.  New one is about $300+.  Any ideas on fixing or replacing?  I have sprayed a lot of LPS through the housing to where it is freely flowing out the other end. Not sure of the makeup of the cotrol cable but there seems to be a lot of control rod on both ends, and this seems to be part of the problem, the engine side has a few light kinks, probably from the engine change.  Any ideas?
